FAQ

Covid 19

We will be complying with Welsh government guidelines in regards to opening and the use of facilities.

We will only be opening for bell tent bookings this year to ensure we are able to allow lots of space between pitches and keep the number of people on the site to a minimum.

What are you doing to help stop the spread of covid 19?

We are providing hand sanitising stations in all toilets and communal shelter.

We ask that all visitors respect each other and maintain a 2m distance at all times. Masks will be required in our communal shelter and reception area.

Can I still come if I am isolating?

No, please let us know as soon as possible if you are isolating and wish to rearrange your booking.

I have booked a bell tent, what do I need to bring with me?

All you need to bring is your bedding (pillows, duvet/sleeping bag), towels, personal belongings and a torch!

I have booked a bell tent, what do you provide?

Each bell tent is equipped with mattresses/futons, cushions, cooking equipment, cutlery/crockery, firepit/BBQ and picnic bench. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request.

A cool box and freezer packs will be provided. We can refreeze these for you during your stay.

We have a communal shelter which houses cookers and sinks.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

You can pay in full at checkout or pay a 20% deposit and pay the rest later. The balance should be made in full at least 14 days prior to arrival.

The following condition applies if we are not able to accommodate your booking due to COVID-19 'lockdown' restrictions, or if you are not able to attend due to restrictions in other countries or because you need to self-isolate: Any payments you have made (whether deposit or full balance) are not refundable, although they can be used instead towards a new booking within the following 18 months.

What time can I arrive?

Bell tents will be ready from 4pm.

What time do I need to leave my bell tent?

We ask that you leave by 10am.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, half of our bell tents are dog friendly and we welcome up to 2 dogs per tent. Please ensure you book one of our dog friendly tents.

Dogs to be kept on leads at all times, other than in the dog walking area.

Can I have a fire?

Yes, in the fire pits provided. We have bags of logs to buy on site.
